Ordained an Elder in August 2002, Stephen has many years of faithful tutorship, service, and dedication in all facets at New Jerusalem. Serving in many capacities including a Deacon, New Jerusalem C.O.G.I.C. Trustee Member, Bible Study Teacher and Minister of Music over the past 20 years, Stephen was recently appointed the Pastor of New Jerusalem C.O.G.I.C. under the leadership of his father, Elder Madison Bowen Senior.
